Full-scale fabrication of a continuously curved, one-sided hyper-minimal surface at Haresh Lalvani’s Center for Experimental Structures. I contributed to Layer 6, assembling indexed contour layers from 6 mm water-jet-cut Alucobond panels over MDF formwork. The work connects complex geometry with material tolerances and installation.
